My stay at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel was enjoyable, with its prime location and spacious rooms being standout features. The dining experience offered a variety of good food, but some of the offerings, like afternoon tea, could use a bit of improvement. Overall, I felt well taken care of by the staff, although a couple of minor service hiccups were noticeable.

My stay at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel was pretty good overall. The location was definitely a highlight; I could walk to Nathan Road and various shops easily. However, the bathroom could use some improvements, like more ventilation. I also found the hotel to be a bit dated, especially the rooms, which may need an upgrade soon.

I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the ferry terminal and many shopping options. but some aspects felt outdated and in need of modernization. The service was excellent, though, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me with some lost luggage, which was a big relief.

Check-in was smooth during the weekday, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. While the continental club experience was satisfactory, I did notice it was a bit under-staffed during peak times.
